This website, arcanimelab.com (the “Website“), is operated by ARC Anime Lab (“ARC“, “we“, “us“, “our“). “You” and “your” refer to you, the consumer and user of the Website.
We offer this Website, including all information, products, and services available from it, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Website.
You shall not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, and shall use it in compliance with all applicable laws. You shall not use the Website in a way that may interrupt, damage, or impair its functionality, and you agree not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.
1.1 All content on the Website — text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, garment designs, and artwork — belongs to or is licensed to ARC and is protected under Indonesian and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages solely for personal, non-commercial purposes connected to shopping with us. Any other use, including reproduction or commercial linking, is prohibited without our prior written permission.
1.2 “ARC Anime Lab”, our logos, and the designs shown on our merchandise are our trademarks. All intellectual property rights in material on the Website remain vested in us at all times, or in the third-party owner where the material belongs to a third party.
1.3 We grant you a limited right to access and use the Website. You shall not:
a. reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit the Website or any image, layout, design, trade dress, trademark, logo, or other content (“Site Content“) for any commercial purpose;
b. use a robot, spider, scraper, or data-extraction tool to monitor, extract, or copy Site Content, or to purchase products;
c. use meta tags, search terms, or keywords containing our name or trademarks;
d. interfere with the Website or another user’s ability to use it;
e. modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or disassemble any technology used to provide the Website; or
f. assist or encourage any third party in any of the above.
1.4 Our designs. ARC produces original apparel designs created in-house, inspired by anime, manga, and pop-culture aesthetics. Our products are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any studio, publisher, or rights holder, unless a product is expressly identified as an official collaboration. Character names or series titles used descriptively remain the property of their owners.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and require our users to do the same. If you believe your rights are infringed by anything on the Website, notify us at help@arcanimelab.com, including: identification of the right claimed; a description sufficient to locate the material on the Website; your name, address, telephone number, and email; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
3.1 We strive to provide complete and accurate information, but human or technological errors occur. The Website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, including as to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission — including after an order has been submitted — and to change information at any time without prior notice.
3.2 You acknowledge that your device’s specifications and display settings affect how product colours and appearance are shown, and that we cannot guarantee accurate colour display.
3.3 Measurements, weights, and similar descriptions are approximate and provided for convenience. Fabric feel, print placement, and trims vary slightly between production batches. These variations are normal and are not defects. Choosing your size is your responsibility; a garment that does not fit is not a defect.
3.4 The inclusion of a product on the Website at a particular time does not warrant that it will be available at any time. Products may be unavailable, may have different attributes than listed, or may carry a different price than stated. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order or partial order, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment taken. Where payment has been taken and the order is cancelled, we refund in full.
4.1 Other than as required by law, we reserve the right to modify or withdraw the Website, or any part of it, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification or withdrawal.
4.2 We may alter these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Website following a change is deemed acceptance of it. It is your responsibility to check for changes. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the Website. Material changes do not apply retroactively to orders already confirmed.
4.3 The Website is subject to constant change. You are not entitled to compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website, or because of any failure, suspension, or withdrawal of it.
Data you submit through the Website is transmitted over an encrypted connection.
We are not responsible for the terms, availability, privacy practices, or content of any third-party website that links to us or that we link to, nor for any damage, loss, or offence caused by or connected with your use of or reliance on such sites.

6.1 Personal use only. You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason, without explanation and in our sole discretion, even after you have received an order confirmation or after payment has been taken. Where we cancel, we refund in full, and that refund is our entire liability.
6.2 No binding offer. Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer to sell. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline it, or to supply less than the quantity ordered.
6.3 Quantity limits and resellers. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These limits may be applied to orders placed under the same customer account, the same payment method, or the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Where we limit or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email, phone number, or address provided at the time of the order.
6.4 Verification. We may ask you to verify your identity before we process an order, including by providing photographic identification, where a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, where we suspect bulk buying for resale or bot activity, or where we cannot otherwise verify your details. We may decline or cancel an order where verification is not completed.
6.5 Prices and currency. Prices [include / exclude] PPN. Shipping is charged separately at checkout. Prices may change at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Orders shipped within Indonesia are quoted and must be paid in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2011 on Currency. We do not accept payment in any other currency for domestic orders.
Orders shipped outside Indonesia are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD) at our international retail price, as an international trade transaction. International customers cannot purchase at our Rupiah prices, and domestic customers cannot purchase at our USD prices. Where a currency converter is displayed on the Website, any currency other than IDR and USD is shown for reference only; the amount actually charged is the IDR or USD price applicable to your destination. Your bank’s conversion rate and any foreign transaction fee are your responsibility and are outside our control.
Refunds are issued in the currency in which payment was made.
6.6 Payment. Payment must be completed in full before processing. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after [24] hours. Payment is handled by third-party providers under their own terms; we do not store your full card or banking details and are not responsible for failed transactions, fees, or delays caused by your bank or provider. Where a payment is reversed, charged back, or found fraudulent, we may cancel the order, withhold shipment, suspend your account, and recover our losses and costs.
6.7 Vouchers. Codes are valid only for the period, products, and conditions stated, cannot be combined or exchanged for cash unless stated, and cannot be applied to a completed order. We may void a code and cancel the related order where it is used in breach of its terms or where we reasonably suspect promotional abuse.
6.8 Stock, drops, and pre-orders. All products are subject to availability, and adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Drops are sold first-come, first-served while stock lasts, and we are under no obligation to restock any item. Pre-orders ship within the window stated on the product page; that window is an estimate, not a guarantee. Where a pre-order is delayed more than [45] days beyond the stated window, you may request a full refund. Pre-orders may be cancelled within [24] hours of purchase; after that, once production has begun, cancellation is at our discretion. Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
7.1 Orders are dispatched within [1–3] working days of confirmation; drops and pre-orders may differ. A tracking number is provided within [48] hours of dispatch.
7.2 Delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, and orders may be delayed during periods of high traffic. Once handed to the courier, delivery is governed by the courier’s own terms and procedures. Order in good time to avoid delays.
7.3 Risk. Risk passes to you when the courier records the order as delivered to the address you provided. Loss or damage occurring before that point is handled under our Return & Exchange Policy.
7.4 Your details. We ship to the details you submit. If those details are wrong or incomplete, we are not responsible for the delivery failing, and any additional cost is yours. If a package returns to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused, we will contact you; re-shipping requires a new shipping fee, and if you do not respond within [7] days of our second attempt, we may cancel the order and refund you less the original shipping cost and any costs we incurred.
7.5 International orders [if offered] may attract import duties, customs charges, and taxes. We are not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order — these are yours to pay on receipt, vary by country, and are not included in our prices. Check with your local customs office. We are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or seized by customs.
8.1 Our Return & Exchange Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Read it before you buy.
8.2 Do not send anything back without our written approval. Unauthorised returns are not processed and may be refused at your cost.
8.3 We may refuse a return or refund request where we find evidence of fraud, return abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
9.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activity under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
9.2 Your content. If you post content about ARC publicly — a review, photo, video, tag, or hashtag — or submit content to us, you grant us and our successors, licensees, and assigns a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display that content across any media, now known or later devised, with credit where reasonable. You confirm you own or have permission to share it. You may ask us to stop using content that identifies you personally, and we will.
9.3 You will not upload, post, or transmit content that is defamatory, threatening, invasive of privacy, abusive, harassing, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful; that contains viruses or code designed to disrupt or damage systems; or that infringes any person’s intellectual property. You will not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation, flood the same message repeatedly, or distribute unsolicited advertising or spam.
9.4 This Website is meant for users 18 years old and over. If you are under 18, you may use the Website and place orders only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for the order. By ordering, you confirm that one of these applies to you.
THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE, OR AS TO ITS SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, COMPATIBILITY, SECURITY, OR COMPLETENESS.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE WEBSITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR ITS SERVER IS FREE OF VIRUSES.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.
We are not liable for economic loss, including loss of revenue, profits, business, contracts, or anticipated savings, or for loss of goodwill, reputation, or data, or for any special, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website.
We are not liable for damage to your device or loss of data arising from your access to or use of the Website, or from downloading any material from it.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, unrest, strikes, courier disruption, power or internet failure, cyber-attack, or government restriction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You agree to be fully responsible for, and to indemnify us against, all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs, and expenses suffered by us and arising out of any content you post to the Website, any breach of these Terms by you, or any other liability arising out of your use of the Website — including use by any other person accessing the Website through your account or device.
We may investigate any reported violation of these Terms and take any action we deem appropriate, including issuing warnings, removing content, restricting or suspending your account, refusing future orders, and reporting activity we suspect violates any law to the relevant authorities.
You may contact us by email at help@arcanimelab.com. If you send us an email requesting a response and do not receive one within [10] working days, please send it again, as we may not have received it. By emailing us you agree that we may communicate with you electronically. Email is not a confidential channel — please do not send us confidential information by email.
15.1 Severability. If any part of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it is severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
15.2 Entire agreement. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Exchange Policy contain the entire agreement between you and us relating to the Website and supersede any previous arrangement. No oral explanation alters their interpretation.
15.3 Waiver and assignment. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in a business transfer.
15.4 Language. These Terms are published in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Under Law No. 24 of 2009, the Indonesian version is authoritative and prevails in the event of inconsistency.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
16.2 Informal process first. A party wishing to raise a dispute must notify the other in writing, describing the dispute in reasonable detail and the remedy sought. Notices to us go to help@arcanimelab.com. The parties shall then make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute for [30] days before pursuing formal resolution.
16.3 If the dispute is not resolved informally, it may be referred to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) or to [Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta ____], without prejudice to any rights available to you under Indonesian consumer law.
